With a strategic vision and a driven, professional approach, Mr. Lakdawala has contributed to prominent organizations such as AajTak (TV Today Network), Times of India, Big 92.7 FM, and Radio City 91.1 FM. Throughout his career, he has gained comprehensive expertise across a wide range of industries, including Information Technology, Food & Beverage, Real Estate, Jewelry, Automotive, Consumer Goods, and more.

His leadership at Resources Media has played a pivotal role in establishing the agency as a trusted ad agency in Surat, known for delivering impactful and effective advertising solutions. Jayesh Dhanani is the Managing Partner at Resources Media, a renowned ad agency in Surat. As a Managing Partner, his portfolio isn’t limited to a particular industry. He has amazing work experience in many industries such as IT, F&B, Auto, Jewelry, Real Estate, Government, etc.

His sound understanding, in-depth knowledge, and perceptive vision have led him to work at Indian Express for one year. He also has remarkable experience working at Radio City consistently for 7 years and at My FM for 10 months.

He has been awarded the ‘Employee of the Month’ and ‘Employee of the Year’ awards, highlighting his dedication and excellence throughout his career.

It all began in the year 1990, and that’s when Mafat Siroya started an advertising agency named “Lipi Publicity”. Further, in a short period of time, he started another venture into the field of construction. His next venture was named “Exotica Earth-The Farm” (Lipi Group of Company) into the field of Hi-Tech and Organic Farming. Today, Mr. Siroya is an integral part of Resources Media, a leading ad agency in Surat.

With a vast experience of 25+ years in his career, his far-sighted and intuitive vision for innovative ideas has gained him profitable businesses with distinct fame.
