About Founder
Darshak Lakdawala is a zealous Founder and Managing Partner of Resources Media Management. He has qualification in MBA (Marketing) and has a wide experience of 14 years in the Media industry.
With his futuristic vision and enthusiastic nature, he has worked for AajTak (TV Today network) , Times of India, Big 92.7FM and Radio City 91.1 FM. Throughout his professional career, he has incredible work experiences across various categories such as IT, F&B, Real Estate, Jewelry, Auto and Consumer Goods and many more.
In his professional career, he has been awarded with the CEO Award, Best
Market Head Award and Best Station-Sales Award.
About Managing Partner
Jayesh Dhanani is the Managing Partner of Resources Media Management. As a Managing Partner, his portfolio isn’t limited to a particular industry. He has amazing work experience in many industries such as IT, F&B, Auto, Jewelry, Real Estate, Government, etc.
His sound understanding, in-depth knowledge and perceptive vision have led
him to work at Indian Express for one year. He also has remarkable experience
of working at Radio City consistently for 7 years and at My FM for 10 months.
He has been awarded with the ‘Employee of the Month’ and ‘The Employee of
the Year’ awards in his professional career.
About Managing Partner
It all began in the year 1990, that’s when Mafat Siroya started an advertising
agency named “Lipi Publicity”. Further, in a short period of time he started
another venture into the field of construction. His next venture was named
“Exotica Earth-The Farm” (Lipi Group of Company) into the field of Hi-Tech
and Organic Farming and now he is also a part of Resources Media
Management.
With a vast experience of 25+ years in his career, his far-sighted and intuitive
vision for innovative ideas has gained him profitable businesses with a distinct
fame.
Mafat Siroya has phenomenally worked with many renowned clients in Surat.
He has worked with organizations such as L&T, KRIBHCO, ONGC, top
diamond firms and many more reputed companies.
